A new perspective
Radical <self> responsibility &
<self> care for women

Heard this a million times before? Used up phrases? Does the word radical sound too radical? The original meaning is “going to the root, to the deepest core,” through the superficial layers to what essentially defines us. So that we can stop running away from ourselves and find peace that is deeper than anything.
There is a reason why I put <> brackets around the two terms: It's about YOU, but also about your connection to others.

(If you're in a hurry right now, you can jump directly to the topics that I share about here.)

In addition to potential triggers, you may find approaches that reveal amazing things about yourself, your body, your mind, and the world. They were definitely life-changing for me. With curiosity and openness, playfulness and as unbiased as possible, you can try everything and decide for yourself. One component that I include in all these topics based on my experiences over the last few years - because without it, it feels meaningless and empty - is God (not the universe, the one from the bible). Just see if you want to dive in.

The impulses, tools and offers here are especially for you, if

-
you are tired of selfhelp gurus, “high vibe only” dogmas, perfectionism and fakes, self-optimization mania and the race for the next shiny carrot and want to be honest with yourself without having to deliver a specific result.

-
you feel like you can't get out of the performance hamster wheel, that the stress, running and delivering just never ends, which makes you feel overwhelmed, chronically exhausted and sometimes all you want to do is scream.

-
you have a tendency to be a follower and people pleaser, putting your needs, desires, and self-care on the back burner, letting yourself be burn out, so you no longer know what you need, where your boundaries are and what is really nourishing for you. Codependency and narcissistic environments may not be unfamiliar to you. Perhaps you no longer even notice how you (your mind) degrade, shame and punish yourself and you simply can't access, feel and live your God-given dignity and worth.

-
you try to control everything, have too much on your mind and are stuck in fear, drama and worry. You hardly feel your body and its warning signals and have a tendency to run away from pain, suffering and discomfort (please know that I don't mean to judge you; it is human and understandable).

-
you feel like a (hyper-) sensitive being with a nervous system that is in constant alarm, on the edge and out of balance.

-
your daily routine feels like a gray prison and you long for creativity, pure aliveness, simple joy, playful lightness and childlike wonder. A part of you just wants to break free, go on adventures and have completely new experiences, such as traveling solo around the world (or something smaller to start with ;)).

-
you feel that something is off with the world, you see that most people follow the mainstream path and look at you as if you were an alien when you question things. Something in you maybe wants to see through hamster wheels, programming, manipulation, and traps. Another part really doesn't.

-
you are into “spiritual/esoteric/New Age” practices, but keep getting inner red flags AND are open (this is important) to getting a clearer view of what is called “the occult” and, in my opinion, is the greatest deception in this world.

Ok these were quite a lot of bullet points. Just keep on reading, even if only one of them fits. I don't want to impose anything on you or sell you the idea that you can expect insights, healing, success, health, or whatever else tomorrow. It's not about quick fixes and copying somebody. We know that everyone has their own unique path.

If I tell you something here without applying it myself, it's just empty, slightly narcissistic rambling. If you hear it (and it sounds great to your mind) but don't dare to apply it, it's completely meaningless for you.

I ask you to question everything. And to take everything with a sense of humor.
